ICIEA2021 Special Session on Energy management of new energy vehicles
Session Organizers: Qiao Zhu, Xiaosong Hu and Xiaohua Wu
CALL FOR PAPERS
The conventional vehicles which use only an internal combustion engine consume fossil fuels and emit gases such as carbon oxides, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides. In order to overcome the environmental and energy crisis issues, the pure electric vehicles (PEVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), and fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle (FCHEV) have been developed and applied over the past few years. In these new energy vehicles, the battery management system (BMS) for lithium-ion batteries and energy management system (EMS) for multi-energy system is critical to extend the life of battery and fuel cell and improve the energy efficiency.
In order to match-up experts in the academic and industry to exchange research ideas and facilitate cooperation in the domain of energy management for new energy vehicles. Qiao Zhu from Southwest Jiaotong University, Xiaosong Hu from Chongqing University and Xiaohua Wu from Xihua University, will organize a special session of IEEE ICIEA-2021, which is named as energy management for new energy vehicles. This session includes the following topics:
(1) State estimation, thermal management, equilibrium control, etc. in the BMS;
(2) EMS for HEVs;
(3) Fuel cell control system and EMS for FCHEVs;
(4) Other topics related to energy management of new energy vehicles.
Submissions:
Scholars engaged in the field of energy management for new energy vehicles are welcome to submit your papers to this special session by the submission deadline.
